It’s not that you can’t afford it. You just haven’t decided it’s a priority yet.

I hear this all the time…

“I just can’t afford a Kangen machine.”

But then I watch the same people walk into Costco, Walmart, or Target and spend $200 without thinking twice.

Ironically, that’s about what many people spend on a monthly payment for a machine that they use every single day.

The difference isn’t money.

It’s priority.

As an occupational therapist, I’ve spent my career watching something heartbreaking happen over and over again. People put off investing in their health… until they’re sick.

Then suddenly, money isn’t the issue anymore.

The supplements.
The medications.
The doctor visits.
The specialists.
The treatments.

When your health is slipping away, you’ll do whatever it takes to get it back. Something that once seemed “too expensive” suddenly becomes priceless.

Please don’t wait for that day.

Choose your health while you still have the choice.

Invest in prevention, not just treatment.

I truly believe we’re going to look back 10 or 20 years from now, and having a machine that produces healthy water will be as common as having a refrigerator or a dishwasher.

And I honestly believe many people will say…

“Stacy was right. I wish I had done it sooner.”

Don’t wait until your body forces you to make your health a priority.

Choose it today.

💙 Did you know this machine has over 100 different uses? It’s so much more than a drinking water machine. It creates different types of water for hydration, beauty, cleaning, food preparation, plants, pets, and so much more.

👇 Comment “100 USES” and I’ll send you a copy of the guide showing all 100+ ways to use it.

💧 Want to learn more about the machine itself? Comment “MORE INFORMATION” and I’ll personally send you all the details.

No pressure. Just education. Because everyone deserves to know their options before making one of the most important investments they’ll ever make—their health. 💙

Thank you Lord for walking with me today! I know I have nothing to worry about! 🙏♥️

Your morning is setting the tone for your entire day. ❤️

For years, my mornings started with stress.

📱 Emails.
🏃‍♀️ Rushing.
😩 Thinking about everything that could go wrong.

My body was waking up in fight-or-flight before my feet even hit the ground.

Now?

I spend the first 15 minutes outside with God.

I pray.
I breathe.
I remind myself that He’s already gone before me today.

That simple shift has changed everything.

When we begin our mornings in peace instead of panic, we’re not just changing our mindset—we’re helping calm our nervous system. And over time, a calmer nervous system can support healthier cortisol patterns, steadier blood sugar, and make it easier for our bodies to function the way they were designed.

Especially in menopause, your morning matters.

So tomorrow…

Don’t reach for your phone first.

Reach for peace.

Get up just 15 minutes earlier if you have to. Trade scrolling for stillness. Trade worry for prayer.

Your body, your mind, and your spirit will thank you.

Are you having symptoms on a GLP-1?

🚨 Hunger and food noise are NOT the same thing—and knowing the difference can change your GLP-1 journey.

I had another AHA moment I had to share.

Lately I kept thinking, “Why am I so hungry all of a sudden?”
My first thought was, “Is my dose too low?”

But when I checked what I was actually eating… I realized I simply wasn’t getting enough calories or protein.

💡 Hunger ≠ food noise

Hunger is normal and healthy.
It’s your body signaling it needs fuel—calories, protein, nutrients. That’s how it’s supposed to work.

Food noise is different.
It’s the mental loop about food when your body doesn’t need it:
“What should I eat next?”
“Maybe I should snack.”
“I can’t stop thinking about food.”

GLP-1 medications are designed to quiet that noise—not eliminate true hunger.

As your body becomes more efficient and inflammation decreases, it’s actually common to feel real, healthy hunger return. That doesn’t automatically mean your medication isn’t working or your dose is wrong.

This is why I always recommend tracking your food on a GLP-1.
Without it, it’s easy to confuse under-eating with medication failure.

If you’re eating enough and still experiencing constant thoughts about food, that persistent food noise is something to discuss with your provider. But it shouldn’t be the first assumption.

The goal of a GLP-1 isn’t to remove hunger—it’s to quiet the mental battle so you can trust your body again.

❤️ Hunger fuels your body
🧠 Food noise drains your mind

If you’re navigating this and want support along the way—understanding what’s normal, what’s not, and how to stay on track…

I’ve got you. ❤️

Comment “SheRises” and I’ll send you details about my program where we walk through this together.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

There is a difference between hunger & food noise when on a GLP-1! Too many menopausal women claim they are never hungry.. your body isn’t processing food properly & it’s storing because it doesn’t know when you will feed it next! EAT ladies! Track your food! It’s tells a good story!

Why do I love this picture so much?

Because this picture represents something I prayed for.

Not a bigger house.
Not more money.
Not an easier life.

Freedom.

It’s a Friday… and I’m home.

I’m spending my morning in Bible study, creating content, pouring into women in menopause, sharing what I’ve learned about health, molecular hydrogen water, peptides, and encouraging women to believe that this season of life isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning.

There was a time when I worked five days a week and dreamed of having time like this. At 55 years old, being able to cut back to three days a week has been one of the greatest blessings God has given me.

I don’t take a single Friday for granted.

This didn’t happen overnight. It happened because I chose to build something alongside my career. My side business didn’t replace my purpose—it gave me more time to live it.

The greatest gift hasn’t even been the flexibility…

It’s the women.

I’ve never been surrounded by such an inspiring, encouraging, faith-filled group of women. Women who celebrate each other’s wins, hold each other accountable, lift each other up instead of competing, and remind each other that we were created for more.

That kind of community is priceless.

So today, I’m simply grateful.

Grateful for every woman who has trusted me.
Grateful for every person who has supported my journey.
Grateful that I get to wake up and do work that truly fills my heart.

And if you’ve been feeling that tug inside… the feeling that you were made for something more… don’t ignore it.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You just have to be willing to take the first step.

If you’d like to learn how I built a business alongside my career, or you’re looking for a community of women who will encourage you, believe in you, and help you become the woman God created you to be…

Send me a message. I’d love to share my journey with you.
