Josie’s transformation speaks for itself 👏
From day one to the stage, this was earned not rushed, not handed to her, and done as a natural athlete. Prep is never easy for anyone. It takes discipline, patience, consistency, and the willingness to make sacrifices when motivation isn’t there.
There are early mornings, hard training sessions, tired days, tough check-ins, hunger, cravings, and moments where you have to choose your goal over comfort. That’s what makes stepping on stage so special.
So proud of the work Josie put in and the athlete she became through this process. This is what happens when you commit fully and refuse to quit. 💙

New gym day hits different when there’s new equipment to play with 😍
Different angles, new machines, fresh setup… immediately makes training feel exciting again.

Couldn’t be more proud of Lanu after she stepped on stage in Hawaii last night and absolutely shined ✨
She poured her whole heart into this prep while also showing up every day as an incredible mom and wife, and that takes a level of strength, discipline, and heart that deserves to be celebrated.
She walked away with 2nd in True Novice and 4th in Open, but more than the placings, I’m proud of the woman she became through this process. Watching her confidence grow and seeing her light up on stage was such a special moment.
Lanu, you are proof that you can chase big goals while still being deeply committed to your family and your life. I am so happy for you, so proud of you, and so grateful I got to be a part of this journey.
You earned every bit of that shine ✨🏆

Back day has been my least favorite workout for so long, and honestly I don’t even know why, but I always used to dread it.
When I started noticing that negative attitude and unmotivated vibe around back day, I knew I had to knock that s**t out right away. And as a coach, I think it’s important to be real about the fact that coaches struggle too. We’re not always motivated either. But I try to lead by example for my clients, and I knew I needed to change my mindset first.
So now, my main focus on back day is to push myself as hard as I can, increase the weight, squeeze out a couple more reps at the end, and really lock in on the mind-muscle connection. I want to leave the gym feeling proud, not defeated.
These are 3 of my main back moves that I’ve really been focusing on lately, and that mindset shift has made a huge difference. 🔥💪

So incredibly proud of Leah for stepping on stage at her very first OCB bikini show and absolutely shining ✨
This journey has been so special to watch. Through hard work, consistency, and dedication, she dropped nearly 30 pounds to bring her best package to the stage, and she did so well. More than that, she proved to herself what she is capable of.
Leah is just getting started. She is young, driven, coachable, and has so much potential ahead of her. I cannot wait to watch her continue to grow, build, and evolve in this sport. This is only the beginning 💕💪

Josie is 7 weeks out from her show and I’m honestly so proud of her.
Her progress has been insane and it’s not just the physical changes. She’s been consistent, coachable, and shows up every single day ready to work. And somehow she’s always smiling through it all, no matter how the prep is going. That mindset is everything.
She has so much potential, and I seriously can’t wait to see what she brings to the stage in April… and what we keep building for the Fire shows after. 🔥

It’s the people who normalize the hard days, remind you why you started, call you higher when you want to quit, and celebrate the tiny wins that nobody else sees.

So proud of my girl for stepping on that OCB stage, showing up, and giving it everything she had. Nerves? Officially out of the way. Now we get to shift gears, get healthy, build, and come back even better for the next one 😍
