Our skaters had the opportunity to attend the State Games of America last week! We used the practices to prepare as part of our summer skills sessions. Our teams skated great, had fun and participated in an experience of a lifetime! We are so proud of our skaters!! 💙💚

Celebrating our senior Rebecca Schieferstine! Rebecca has skated with us for three seasons. She was a team captain this year and skated with passion and a huge smile on her face! She will continue to skate with CNY Synchro next season. Good Luck Rebecca! 💙💚🎓

Tryouts for skaters in the Syracuse and Central, NY interested in joining our program for the 2026-2027 season will be held on Sunday, March 22nd.

Our Aspire 1 and Aspire 3 teams had a fun morning at the PCI! We are so proud of our teams and enjoyed watching so many local teams skate!! 🥇🥈

Our synchro teams had wonderful time with family and friends in Lake Placid. We are so proud of how our teams performed and cheered everyone on. Eddie the Yeti had a blast! We look forward to finishing off our season in the next few weeks and to begin the work for next season!! 🥈🥈🥈🥈

We are so excited for our Open Adult team on becoming the 2026 Eastern Sectional Silver Medalist! This team has brought many alumni skaters back on the ice, and introduced some great new friends! Congrats on another great skate Avalanche! 💙💚
