I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, keep track of all and looking forward to have fun while doing it. Going through a burnout and being severely overweight back in 2017 myself, I definitely know what it can be like to not feel like yourself in your own body and everything that comes with it, like brain fog, frustration, cravings, depression, anxiety and having a hard time working through daily tasks such as walking up the stairs or lifting things having absolutely no energy or strength to do so. Stepping on the scale and being 2lbs away from 200lbs jerked me wide awake and I decided to make a change for myself, releasing 35lbs in 3 months simply by starting my workout journey, changing my diet and staying consistent. Through a diagnosis a few years later I even more so realized that the nutrition we are fueling our bodies with and with what and that we are supplementing absolutely matters as our body functions deplete as we age. You are unique, and so should be your focus on your fitness and health journey. I am here to help you achieve your goals through the most personalized training experience possible.
