Dear coaches!!
Brief Message
Practicing more does not always make you better. What truly makes you better is practicing with purpose and efficiency. When athletes train too much without proper rest, the body and mind become fatigued, and performance can actually decline. Rest allows the muscles to recover, the nervous system to reset, and the body to adapt to the training.
Great athletes understand that improvement comes from the right balance of focused practice, quality repetitions, and proper recovery. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing it better.💪
Reducing practice volume to keep athletes fresh, healthy, and fast. This lets you perform in practice without burning the steak. Indiana has seen a dramatic improvement with this approach, and more programs are adopting this.
Thank you to Hudl and Titan Sensors for hosting 2026 AFCA in Charlotte this past weekend
