Acquaint (or re-acquaint) yourself with the brilliant and illuminating chakra system of human beings. Join Mary Sobiechowski for a philosophical overview of the chakras and then be led in a practice of asanas, mantras and breathwork that will restore balance to these neuro-physical networks and, consequently, bring greater levels of health and well-being into our bodies and minds. When Mary's experiential course finishes after 1 hour 45 minutes, be transported by Karen Neary and her crystal bowl Sound Bath Experience for an additional 75 minutes while reclining in resting pose. Karen will harmonize her crystal bowls to the frequency of each chakra. People who have experienced Karen's sound baths say their minds feel extremely clean, elevated, tranquil and bright. Absolutely no experience in yoga or meditation is necessary to benefit from either of these experiences and they pair extremely well with one another.
