The breakfast that helped me lose 135 lbs and keep it off for over 10 years.

5 boiled eggs (or scrambled)

2 slices of 647 bread. 40 calories, 2g protein, 8g fiber per slice 👌.

Sugar free ketchup and everything bagel seasoning (non-negotiable!!)

Fresh vegetables for volume.

Blueberries for fiber and antioxidants.

This breakfast is high protein, high fiber, high volume, low calorie, and will keep you full for hours.

1. Walk 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day. Every day, not just gym days. Doing this daily does more for weight loss and health than people think.

2. Eat 1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight. You can also aim for 100g-150g protein daily and monitor your progress.

3. Strength train 3 days a week. Upper, lower, full body. Focus on getting stronger, not feeling sore.

4. Sleep 7 to 8 hours. Have a bedtime routine, and put your phone out of reach when you go to bed.

5. Schedule your day the night before. Doing things last minute is how you end up skipping your workout and end up at a drive thru after work.

6. Meal prep your protein once a week. Cook it or buy it pre-cooked.

7. Never go to work without food from home. Bring extra just incase. Make this a non-negotiable.

8. Use the 24 hour rule. One bad meal doesn't ruin a day. One bad day doesn't ruin a week. If you slip up, get back on track within 24 hours.
