This world keeps breaking my heart. 💔 People are taking out their internal fears and insecurities on the world and it’s not okay. More than ever, CHECK IN.

We need mandatory intensive mental health services, motivational services, coaching services and more positive reinforcements in schools, in every workspace and on television. If we are ever going to have a healthy planet for ourselves, our kids and the generations to come, people must start addressing their mental health and needs. Racism isn’t just about hate. It is internal drivers amongst the generational stories that make people believe they aren’t good enough and that they can not enjoy life unless someone else loses and suffers… that must be addressed.

If you thought you were enough to receive the love you want, the money you want, the respect you want, would you need to care about what someone else has?
Learn coping skills. Learn what makes you special and let that be enough.
