Our swimmers made the most of every practice and training session during the Spring Training Trip in Florida—putting in the work, refining technique, and building endurance day by day. Each session was a step forward, driven by focus, discipline, and team energy.
From early mornings to challenging sets, the commitment never wavered. Even with the occasional rain, nothing stopped the process.

Our Freedom Aquatics training trip to Florida gave our swimmers the chance to experience open water training and enjoy an unforgettable beach day — building skills, confidence, and memories along the way.
Beyond the water, this trip was also about team spirit and connection. From swimmers supporting each other to parents bonding, sharing experiences, and welcoming new families, it was a special opportunity to grow closer as a community in an incredible setting. 💙
