MNY - RICHTER PARK RECAP: CRUSHING IT IN CONNECTICUT! 🏆⛳️
The Amateur Players Tour NY Metro chapter crossed state lines and took over the beautiful Richter Park Golf Course in Danbury, CT! The field faced down a challenging course, but our players brought their absolute best to the fairways.
Here is how the leaderboard shook out across the divisions:
The Official Leaderboard:
Division 1: C. Garbers put on a masterclass, dominant from start to finish, carding a fantastic +6 to take home the clear victory.
Division 2: D. Maloney stayed rock steady under pressure, firing a +9 to edge out the competition and claim the top spot.
Division 3: R. Van Ness outpaced a highly competitive field, finishing at +14 to secure a well-earned victory.
Division 4: J. Balingit clutched up when it mattered most, finishing at +18 to hold off the pack and hoist the trophy.
Division 5: C. Aiello dug deep and put together a stellar tournament run, carding a +28 to secure a commanding win.
Side Games & Net Divisions:
Mid-Am Net: A. Mcaloon put on a show in the net field, finishing at a strong +4 to claim the title.
Senior Net: K. Chambers went absolutely unconscious on the course, firing an incredible Even (E) net round to dominate the Senior field.
🔥 Player of the Day Honors: A huge shoutout to C. Garbers for setting the pace with a brilliant +6 gross round, and to K. Chambers for hitting the ultimate milestone of an Even-par net finish on a tough track!

MNY - WILLOW RECAP: DOMINANCE AT THE HAMLET! 🏆⛳️
The Amateur Players Tour NY Metro chapter took over Hamlet at Willow Creek on May 29th, and the field absolutely brought the heat! From pristine under-par performances to ice-cold playoff ex*****on, the leaderboard was a thrill to watch all day.
Here is how the action unfolded across the divisions:
The Official Leaderboard:
Division 1: P. Zielinski fired an absolute clinic of a round, finishing at -2 gross to claim the crown and hold off a solid +3 performance from C. Garbers.
Division 2: D. Maloney put together a beautifully steady round of +4 to secure a commanding clear victory.
Division 3: We had a battle! Tramontano III (+8) clutched it out under pressure, winning an intense playoff match against B. Debobes (+8).
Division 4: J. Tubbs outpaced the pack, carding a strong +11 to take home the hardware.
Division 5: C. Aiello dug deep, finishing at +26 to outlast the competition and stand on top of the podium.
Side Games & Net Divisions:
Mid-Am Net: Another playoff thriller! M. Kettler (+4) fought tooth and nail to secure the net victory over a resilient C. Ciccarelli (+4).
Senior Net: P. Zielinski doubled down on his incredible day, sweeping the field with a spectacular net score of -4!
🔥 Player of the Day Honors: Huge shoutout to P. Zielinski for clearing out the trophy room in both Div 1 and Senior Net, and major props to Tramontano III and M. Kettler for showing ice in their veins during those high-stakes playoffs!

MNY-THE TOWERS: THE RESULTS ARE IN 🏆
Monday at The Towers was an absolute marathon!
The leaderboard was stacked from top to bottom, leading to two intense sudden-death playoffs to crown our champions in Division 2 and Division 3. Huge congratulations to our winners for grinding it out under pressure!
