There was a time when I couldn't even get the initial pull on a pull-up...

But by..

🔹️By hanging from the bar
🔹️By doing negative pull-ups
🔹️By using bands to assist
🔹️By supersetting these 3 moves above with other pulling movements (TRX Rows, Renegade Rows, late pulls)

I eventually got it...

Still not my strength in terms of fitness but far from where I started.

Your 30-Minute Moderate/Advanced Bodyweight Workout 🔥
