Some days the house is loud, the to-do list is long, and the last thing I feel like doing is working out. But I’ve learned that showing up for those 30 mins. isn’t about having extra time, it’s about choosing myself too.
Motherhood asks for so much of us. It’s easy to pour everything into everyone else and forget that we matter too.
Between raising kids, working, and trying to build a career and a future for my family, life can feel overwhelming.
That small window of time? It’s where I rebuild my strength, clear my mind, and remind myself that I’m still me, not just someone’s mom.
And the truth is, when we take care of ourselves, we show up better for the people who need us the most. ✨
For so long I thought less food meant more results. Turns out strength comes from fueling your body, not punishing it. The goal was never to be smaller, it was to be stronger, healthier, and proud of what my body can do. 🫶🏻
Sometimes the loudest battle is the one in your own mind. Even on the days you doubt yourself, remember how far you’ve already come. Progress is built in those quiet moments when you choose to keep showing up. Don’t give up on yourself. ✨

Another run with my bestie and we focused on pacing today. Last time, we just focused on finishing and seeing how far she could go. But today she did so great, she ran 2km non-stop! We really pushed ourselves to stay in our pace. I couldn’t be more proud of her. Her goal is to run 10km next time, and I’m here for her every step of the way. 💛🏃🏻♀️
Some people assume fat loss or “toning” only comes from Pilates.
Pilates is great. It improves core strength, stability, mobility, posture, and body awareness.
But if the goal is significant fat loss, muscle growth, or increasing metabolism, progressive resistance training is essential.
Lifting weights helps:
• Build and maintain muscle
• Increase metabolism
• Improve bone density
• Support hormone and insulin health
• Strengthen joints
• Improve long-term body composition
You don’t just “tone.” You build muscle and reduce body fat.
Both Pilates and lifting have benefits. It just depends on your goal. ✨

3 years of consistency, and I never relied on the scale. For real. The scale only tells you your weight. It doesn’t tell you how strong you’re getting, how consistent you’ve been, or how proud you should feel. Focus on how you feel. That’s the real transformation. ✨
If you’re committed to who you want to become,
you have to work on it, even on the tired days.
Not every workout is amazing.
Not every week is perfect.
Some days you’re just squeezing it in.
There’s no perfect version of you waiting to show up.
You just keep going. You keep adjusting. You keep getting better. Just don’t stop!
