A proper cool-down isn’t just “extra” — it’s what helps your body recover, reduce soreness, and actually get stronger.
Here’s how to do it right 👇
• Gradually bring your heart rate down (don’t just stop abruptly)
• Stretch the muscles you just worked
• Focus on deep breathing to relax your body
• Stay consistent — even 5–10 minutes makes a difference
Cooling down helps flush out waste buildup, improve flexibility, and speed up recovery so you’re ready for your next workout 💪
