3 Ways I Encourage Myself in Hard Times.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and remind myself of these three truths:

1.Jesus is with me, and He has all power.
-Matthew 28:18.

2.God is not only the God of the mountain; He is also the God of the valley.-Deuteronomy 33:27

3.God has given me the measure of faith I need. Through Him, I will overcome.
-Romans 12:3

Last month, l sitting at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport airport in (France 🇫🇷)

I faced a truth I had been avoiding.

I have shared my pain alot than my journey my healing.

that is where the real story is.

Many of you know what I’ve been through,

Rejection.

Abandonment.

Homelessness.

Stillbirth.

Teen pregnancy.

I have spoken about the pain.

But I have been quiet about the process that rebuilt me.

That changes now.

Because healing is not a moment.

It is a process.

Messy.

Painful but deeply transformative and rewarding.

Let me be clear,

My healing was not luck.

It was not through therapy .

It was not just prayer.

It was not just talking.

It was intentional.

It was structure.

It was discipline.

It was transformation through God.

And it worked,

not just in my life,

but in the lives of others I have walked with over the past five years.

So I’ve made a decision.

I am going to start sharing the systems, tools, and structures that helped me rebuild my life,on my YouTube channel and on my page.

Because real healing does something powerful:

It teaches you to stop negotiating your value.

It gives you peace in the middle of chaos.

It gives you joy, even when life is not perfect.

So if you are tired of just surviving and you are ready to truly heal.

This is for you.

Would you watch?

Your past or your sins are not stronger than God’s grace and calling on your life.

Do not let what you have done,or even what you are doing, stop you from coming to Jesus Christ.

Your past does not disqualify you.

Your current situation does not cancel your calling.

Stop waiting to be perfect. Stop disqualifying yourself.

Just say yes to Him.

Say yes to what He is calling you into, even if you do not feel ready.

Because transformation does not happen before obedience.

It happens through it.

And when you surrender, you will begin to see something powerful:

He will use you as you are, but He will not leave you as you are.

He will transform your life into the very purpose He is calling you into.

Be encouraged and come say yes to Jesus Christ.

Gratitude is not denial of reality.

It is the recognition of God’s sovereignty in the middle of it.

It stabilizes your spirit.

It shifts your perspective.

It positions you above the situation instead of under it.

And today, I am deeply grateful.

Grateful for the people God has placed in my life.

Our humanity and the mistakes we often make because of it will not keep us from God and the loving way He fulfills His promises.

This is for the one who feels broken beyond repair…

There was a time when shame, pain, abandonment, and rejection could have defined my life.

But God did not let my story end there.
On the Journey of Faith is more than a book.

It is a testimony of how God met me in brokenness and began turning my pain into purpose.

I know healing is possible because I have lived it.

I have watched God rebuild the very things that once shattered me.

So if you are in a season where you are asking, “Can God really heal this?”
This message is for you.

God does not waste pain.

He uses it.

He redeems it.

He restores it.

If you are walking through brokenness, uncertainty, or healing, visit my website and get a copy for yourself or for someone you love.

Healing is possible.

And with God, your brokenness is never the end of the story.

There were days you should have been broken.

Days you didn’t know how you would keep going.

Days that tried to silence your voice.

But you are still here.

Not because you are strong.

Not because you had all the answers.

But because God’s grace carried you.

He held you together when everything inside you felt like it was falling apart.

He gave you strength when you had none left.

And today, you stand.

Not by chance. Not by luck.

By grace.

So if you are reading this, remember:

Your life is evidence of God’s hand upon you.

And this is the truth you must hold onto.

What God started in you, He will finish.

You are not forgotten.

You are not abandoned.

You are still being carried.

There was a storm…

And Jesus was sleeping.

Not because He didn’t care.

Not because He wasn’t aware.

But because He knew something the disciples did not.

The storm looked powerful.

The waves were real.

The fear was overwhelming.

But the presence of Jesus in the boat meant they were never in danger of being destroyed.

Sometimes in life, it feels like God is silent.

Like He is “sleeping” while everything around you is falling apart.

But silence is not absence.

And stillness is not weakness.

When Jesus woke up, He didn’t panic.

He didn’t negotiate with the storm.

He spoke one word:

“Peace, be still.”

And everything had to obey.

Listen carefully—

The storm is not your biggest problem.
Fear is.

Because when fear speaks louder than faith,

we forget who is in the boat with us.

If Jesus is with you,

you may go through storms…

but you will not go down in them.

This season will not break you.

It will reveal who you trust.

Let this encourage you 🙌

They rejected Jesus… and still, He rose.

Let that settle.

They mocked Him.

They abandoned Him.

They crucified Him.

And yet, none of it had the authority to cancel His assignment.

So do not let rejection make you question your destiny.

Rejection is not proof that you are unworthy.

It is not confirmation that you are forgotten.

And it is certainly not the end of your story.

If anything, it is often part of the process.

Because what God has placed over your life
cannot be undone by human opinion.

People may walk away.

People may misunderstand you.

People may refuse to choose you.

But God never withdraws His calling.

Even Christ was rejected,
yet He still fulfilled His purpose.

And so will you.

Do not shrink.

Do not settle.

Do not step back from what God has entrusted to you.

Stay rooted. Stay steady. Stay aligned.

Your destiny is not in the hands of people,it is in the hands of God.

We our work is rooted in faith in the one who called us

This is what resurrection looks like.

Not just something we talk about once a year.

But something we live, every single day.
Children being served.

Lives being restored.

Hope rising where there was once brokenness.

Because He rose, we show up.

Even when it is not easy.

Even when it costs us something.

Because He lives, we build
not just moments, but lives.

Not just relief, but structure.

Not just charity, but transformation.

At Luketekelo Family Foundation, we are committed to raising a generation that is not defined by where they come from,
but by who they are becoming.

This is the work of resurrection in action.
