From 1997 I've been building myself in a martial artist, always trying to learn and evolve, as fighter and also as coach, leader to share my knowledge acquired during this road.
This journey brought me the a roller-coaster of emotions, made me deal with my deepest feelings like excitement, sadness, fears, doubts, confidence, lack of it, we fighters go through it all.
I can share that and help students to thrive in life using jiu-jitsu as a tool .
On this post is where i could share some of words of victory after good days in some interviews after won battles.

What welcome home ride today.
Sunny beautiful day in northern California bay area.
I was missing and get her for a ride on this amazing day.
Safe and smooth ride through and coming back through skyline blvd, great views riding with my enjoying the day and feeling God in every corner.
Best way to reset the mind and start monday full of energy and joy.
