We are beyond thankful for our gym family, coaches, and the support from our amazing community the last 15 years. Thank you to our parents and family for always being our "volunteers" and being at every event to support us! Most of all we thank God for guiding us and keeping us in His hands all these years. So many "God moments" seen in our business and we are thankful.
The loyalty, friendship, and support we have been blessed with through our ups and downs, is overwhelming and absolutely amazing. So many awesome memories, laughs, and incredible experiences as we reflect back. Our MEMBERS, our GYM FAMILY has made the last 15 years incredible.

We are truly thankful for those who laid down their lives for our freedom. And for those family members left behind...you and your loved one gave the ultimate sacrifice. The words "thank you" are just not enough. We are eternally grateful.
We pray everyone will take a moment to remember those soldiers and their families today.
In this season of uncertainty, Mindy and I, along with our entire team, would like to extend our dedication to help our amazing gym family in any way that we can. Whether it’s workouts at home or just a chance to pray for your needs specifically, we are here. We want to hear from you and know how we can best serve you during this unprecedented time.
On a positive note, we are planning to re-open as soon as the city allows. The gym will be deep cleaned and ready to go! Depending on the status of the virus, we will look at having RSVP to control spacing and class size. We will do what we need to do, to do our part for our members and our city.
We look forward to getting back to sharing our passion and serving our members!
