Congratulations to Seals’ standouts Tessa Russell and Avery Olson on winning the CIF D1 championship and Addi Stern and AnnaSofia Dickens on winning the D2 championship last night! Each player contributed significantly to their team’s success. We are so proud of each of you. Keep putting in that work!

A huge congratulations to on earning all-tournament team for the 16u girls this week at USA Football’s Select Bowl! It is a testament to her commitment and dedication to the game. Keep on grinding AnnaSofia!

2025 HardCount 14u Girls National Champs! This one meant a lot with only 6 players available. These girls battled hard all weekend on both sides of the ball. There is nothing more impressive or important as an athlete than answering the bell, and these girls did it. It was an honor to play one of the top teams in the country in an all-time championship game that went to OT. It goes without saying that either team could have won the game. Thanks for putting on this championship event and showcasing these amazing female athletes.

Thrilled and honored to be invited to coach the 18u Women for the 2025 USA Football National Team Development Program! I will do my best to help these talented women reach their ultimate goal of hopefully one day representing the US National Team. Congratulations to and .say_ffb on each winning MVP awards at today’s USA Football ID Camp hosted by the Los Angeles Rams! Numerous Seals attended the camp and all performed exceptionally well. Over 420 girls showed up and showed out. California flag football is no joke! Thank you and for giving all these girls an opportunity to showcase their skills.

Congratulations to Tessa Russell and Ava Irwin on being selected to the U.S. 15u National Team! It is an amazing accomplishment, and the Seals are incredibly proud! We are also proud of how Skylie Cid performed at the 17u trials at only 15 years old. The future is bright for these girls and all Seals!

Strong performance by the Seals today at the tournament. Our 10u girls battled hard and lost in OT in the championship but got better each game. Our 14u and High School girls each went undefeated and came away with championship trophies. We win some, we lose some, but we always strive to get better. Thanks to for once again putting on these tournaments for the girls.
