Give a high five 👋 to all the refs out there this week volunteering for the Newport Mesa Soccer Classic, aka the battle of the Newport Mesa elementary schools! Many of them are our very own from Region 97, including these two EXTRA players who each assistant refereed three games on Saturday!

Love seeing all our 3rd to 6th graders at the Farm this week for the Newport Mesa Soccer Classic (fka Pilot Cup)! Fall registration is OPEN if you want to continue the fun with classmates and friends in August when we get back to school.

FALL CORE 2026 REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR ALL CORE PLAYERS

It’s time to mark your calendar for the upcoming Fall Core 2026 Season.

Sign your player(s) up early to guarantee a team spot and take advantage of our Early Bird Pricing ($25 off).

For all team and coach requests (which is only considered for 7U divisions and under), Division Coordinators will reach out to all registered players once registration closes on July 26th.

Fall 2026 Season Starts August 22, 2026 through October 31, 2026
Core Programs Offered:
Divisions: Playground (4U), 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 19U

Games: Saturdays @ Kaiser, Harper, Woodland Elementary, Lindburgh, Back Bay High and Peninsula Park

Program Fees:
Early Bird Registration Price: $150.00* ends 6/28/2026 @11:59 PM
Regular Registration Price: $180.00* ends 07/26/2026 @11:59 PM
Late Fee of $25 with be applied to all registrations on and after 7/27/26
*Program fee does not include MY2026-2027 $25.00 AYSO Annual membership fee and a $3.50 National Service Fee.

Please note, starting this Fall 2026 season AYSO National is moving to an August 1 to July 31 age chart.
