Unfortunately, after almost five years our team’s run has come to an end. Coach Howard would like to thank every player past and current, and all of the family members for all of thier hard work and support over the years. It’s not goodbye, but this chapter has ended.

Peninsula Pirates 2024 Defeat SCAA Thunder Behind Strong Performance From Eli Chaltraw
Eli Chaltraw was dominant on the mound, as the starting pitcher rang up 10 strikeouts in Peninsula Pirates 2024's 3-1 victory over SCAA Thunder on Sunday at Crittenden Middle School. Chaltraw surrendered five hits and one run over four innings while walking one.
Peninsula Pirates 2024 opened the scoring in the first after Chaltraw singled, scoring one run.
Anderson singled on a full count, which helped SCAA Thunder tie the game at one in the top of the second.
Peninsula Pirates 2024 took the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Keoni Lemm walked, and Ryan Britt singled, each scoring one run.
Peninsula Pirates 2024 added one run in the third after Landon Wagner singled.
Howell stepped on the bump first for SCAA Thunder. They surrendered seven hits and four runs over five innings, striking out five and walking six. Kai Chambers threw one inning of no-run ball for Peninsula Pirates 2024 in relief. They gave up zero hits, striking out one and walking one.
Chaltraw and Britt each collected two hits for Peninsula Pirates 2024. Chaltraw, Wagner, Lemm, and Britt each drove in one run for Peninsula Pirates 2024. Peninsula Pirates 2024 had patience at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game.
Vanderwal, Anderson, Harrison, Popejoy, and #92 each collected one hit for SCAA Thunder. SCAA Thunder didn't commit a single error in the field. Lehne had the most chances in the field with five.

Our 2024 group joined up with Coach Liberta’s 15U team this weekend and competed in the Heritage High Woodbat Tournament. Didn’t go as well as expected but after all the rain the last few weekends it was great to get back on the field. Thanks to Coach Bryant at Heritage for hosting.
