The mission of the James River Rage Fastpitch Softball organization is to provide an environment where players will develop their talent and skills through hard work and dedication to the team concept. Through dedicated coaches, disciplined practice, and tournament participation, players will become more accomplished athletes and productive members of our community and demonstrate mutual respect, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
