I have to admit that Core De Force is a beast! We are committing to this program and can't wait to see the results. I never realized how many different types of pushups there are...and they are all in the second workout! Yikes!
Okay everyone. How did everyone do during the holiday week? Did you stay on track or over indulge? I have to admit we pushed it a little too hard, but are back into the routine. Remember you are human and as long as you have goals in mind, a small detour can happen. Don't let it ruin what you have been working toward or keep you from getting going!

The past few weeks have been tough for us. Between injuries and accidents, we had to put our fitness priorities on hold to get well. As luck would have it our Core de Force workout arrived in the mail today, just in time for us to recommit to our health and finish 2016 strong!
