SCH YACHTS LLC – VP OF SALES & ECOMMERCE (YACHT TOWELS DIVISION)

This is not a typical sales role.
This is a leadership position with real ownership, real accountability, and real upside.

SCH Yachts is hiring a VP of Sales to drive revenue across the company while leading the launch and ex*****on of Yacht Towels, a new premium product division under the SCH Yachts brand.

We already have the platform, network, and industry presence.
Now we need the right person to connect it all, scale it, and dominate the space.

🔥 THE ROLE

You will oversee:
• Sales strategy and revenue growth across SCH Yachts
• Full ex*****on and scaling of Yacht Towels (DTC + B2B)
• Integration between yachting operations and ecommerce/product sales

This is a hybrid operator + leader role—you will think strategically and execute aggressively.

🚀 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES LEADERSHIP
• Drive overall revenue growth across SCH Yachts divisions
• Build and manage sales pipelines (charter, management, product)
• Develop B2B relationships (yachts, brokers, fleets, marinas, retail partners)
• Identify and close high-value opportunities quickly

YACHT TOWELS – DIVISION LAUNCH & SCALE
• Lead full go-to-market strategy for Yacht Towels
• Build distribution across yachts, charter fleets, and retail channels
• Oversee ecommerce sales growth (Shopify or equivalent)
• Position the brand as the go-to premium towel in the marine space

ECOMMERCE + PERFORMANCE
• Work with marketing to scale paid traffic (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Optimize conversion, AOV, and retention
• Track key metrics: revenue, CAC, LTV, ROAS
• Ensure backend systems and fulfillment support growth

💪 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong yachting industry experience (non-negotiable)
• Deep understanding of yacht operations, crew needs, and purchasing behavior
• Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth
• Experience with ecommerce or product-based businesses
• Ability to operate at both strategic and ex*****on level
• Well-connected within the marine/yachting network is a major advantage
• Highly driven, competitive, and accountable
