Yaupon — I “foraged” it from mama & daddy’s backyard & we’re one. But also, her slight caffeine boost mixed with the same chemicals from dark chocolate that soothe the heart & mind are a match made in heaven for late afternoon “almost to the finish line” tasks sans jitters

Tulsi — my favorite adaptogen because she moves the nervous system regulation needle gentle but quick and helps reengage focus

Rose — a sweet smelling heart opener

Lemon Balm — just a touch rounds out the flavor & brings calm

Sharing because back to school can pack a powerful punch! But also, I have clients who get these year round, so I almost always have some ready or about ready!
