Safety first

After a long day what else could I ask for. I already got a nice toilet and a nice window to look outside while doing my business and most importantly I got a rubber ducky. This bath is so relaxing with the soft piano music in the background. I should do this more often.

What part of your head hurts?

Pretty accurate

Guard pulling is not bad in BJJ if you are good at it. But what will you do in a fight when there are multiple attackers on you? What you train in the gym is what you will do on the street. -defense
