First and foremost, leg exercises target some of your Bodyโs Biggest Muscles โ the largest being your Glutes โ the foundations on which your Fitness is Built. Training legs means burning more Calories, Elevating your T-levels, Boosting your Big Lifts, Improving your Mobility, and, of course, Building Strength, Power and Mass. Although the Recovery period is longer and more painful. Results, being slow to materialise, are not as satisfying in the short term. Since they often recruit Multiple mMscles, leg exercises can be more taxing than most Upper-Body moves.
You might not know it, but leg exercises are also critical to brain and nervous system health. Your wheels send important signals to the brain that help produce neural cells (essential for handling stress and adapting to challenges) in particular during weight-bearing exercise.
Skipping leg day one too many times can make you unbalanced and more susceptible to injury. If you play sports, youโll be slower and weaker. And to look more tonned from tip to toe one must focus on the upper body as well as lower body parts..
So here we go with few exercises for tonning up lower body:

I jumped up to see changes in my overall appearance (well u also can easily make the difference). So i decided to post this here as surely it's going to motivate many.
This also convey the message that once you are on the right track and focused on ur goals you never look back.
Gained ๐ฐ ๐ธ๐ด muscle mass and ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต ๐น๐ผ๐๐.. so never judge ur fitness journey with weigh scale only. It never happened to me to get fit into my old clothes as in every 6 months it got loosen like anything. Now i can proudly say that most of the time i look for sizeXS-XXS. From large size to XS and now even less than that in not achieved in one day. It need lot of dedication and consistency.
I started my journey just to shred my post pregnancy weight. Once i achieved that never look back i olwys raised my bar and set new goals/target for myself... And today with my oll passion, I am here with you all on a big journey towards fitness .
I become Specialized in Weight training (heaviest lifter in women around my circle and gym), Done Yoga certification which is beyond Asanas i.e. Pranayam, Mudras from which you learn how to control ur breaths, kriyas for various body parts and mind, Meditation and many more dimensions of life and Nutrition expert as without proper and balanced eating other two aspects are not complete..
I follow 3 D's - Determination, Dedication and Discipline...

Working Saturday or Sunday may get in the way of your personal time, especially if youโve already worked on the weekdays. If youโre stuck working weekends, try to manage ur time in such a way that u equally enjoy ur time with ur family and friends. Take care of your health as well so that you donโt burn out from working too much on your days off.
On working weekends I ensure to get up early enough and give myself time for stretching and yoga to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. It also gives a leisure feeling of weekend.
To prioritize your personal time when you must work on weekends, schedule time in advance. This way, you are more inclined to unplug when you're done working and focus your attention on your personal life.
