Too many kids playing in tournaments when they should be just training(and I don’t mean with me or a trainer but meaningful work) not on a team. It hard to improve when every time you get in the gym to work and you’re going back to step 1
Forgot the Thunder play, a lot of kids still doing summer ball we’ll try again Thursday whether the Thunder play or not!
Who’s coming tonight for Group Training, trying to get a head count.
