The Shop is looking for a new provider! Any independent contractor (personal trainer, physical therapy, chiropractor, etc) looking for a semi private, very affordable space please reach out asap!

Through no small effort we were able to successfully move out of our old gym and into the new! A few details here and there but we are open and ready! Special thank you goes to all who helped, especially Kyle, Mom, Dad, Perry, Ray, Gina, and Greg! Could not have done this without you guys! My incredible wife worked tirelessly also! From late and even sleepless nights, to fine tuning every detail, she is the real driving force behind this dream of mine! I consider myself a fortunate man in love and in life! THANK YOU ALL!!!

It’s official! Coming 8/1…THE SHOP! We have partnered with .weightlifting and to offer the best and most comprehensive fitness experience available! Personal training, weightlifting, and physical therapy all under one roof to make sure you can maximize your potential in and out of the gym!
