We want to take a moment to acknowledge an issue during the 5K race – specifically, the unmarked turnaround. Simply put, we didn’t get it right, and we’re truly disappointed that this impacted the race experience for some of our runners.

Since race day, we’ve been in direct conversations with both the men’s and women’s 5K winners to find the fairest way to address the situation. We appreciate their understanding and willingness to work with us as we take full responsibility for the mistake.

Our goal has always been to create a great race experience, and we’re already making adjustments to ensure this never happens again. We hear you, and we’ll get it right next year.

🚗EVENT PARKING INFO🚗

We recommend parking at the Young Family Athletic Center (YFAC) for all attendees, including EF-5K & 1 Mile Fun Run participants! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

🚍FREE shuttles will run between YFAC, Campus Corner & the Sooners’ stadium from 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, so you can easily get where you need to go! Limited parking available at McCasland Field House.

This service is open to racers, volunteers, spectators, family, friends & Fury Fest goers! Don’t miss out on the action! 🔥
