What a way to end the Spring season! The Prime girls are the Norman League 10U postseason champions! Not bad for some 8U coach pitch girls. Today was a pitchers duel and Ever Cline threw her best game of the season in the championship! She had 8 strikeouts and only faced 10 batters all game! Sophia had the the cleanest back pick on a girl who had got on! That ball was hummin and it was on the money. I mean I don’t even know what say about Jayci. This girl stole home and dove head first into home plate on an extremely close play and knocked the ball loose from the catchers glove in what ended up being the game winning run! DAWG…..

And Izzy’s glove has been on fire! From catching big pop flys and everything in between. Last night she had to chase a ball to the fence and threw a dime to the cut off that began one of the nicest relays from the fence to home plate that I’ve seen at any ball field to get a girl out at home.

Well we came up one run short in the semis but man these girls bats were on fire all day long! But one girls effort stood out in a big way! Jayci’s heart and toughness are very uncommon! She wants to do so well for the team. Right here, she had one of the best head first slides you’ll see from any 9 year old. That’s why she’s the Prime Time player of the last game. These are the kind of plays that set you apart!

Ever has been battling some sickness today and hadn’t played in the field until our catcher needed a break. Ever stepped in there and made a great catch from the catcher position. Tossed her mask and went and got it!
