THE RULES:

Your upper-back and butt must stay in contact with the wall on the way up and on the way down. If either leaves the wall, the lift doesn't count.
Heels must be 12 inches from the wall or less.
Your head, upper arms, and wrists can move as much as you want.

2019\2020 Ping Pong Tournament Winner Doug Wallace and Runner up Scott Falatek. This was for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We matched all money won in the tournament for the donation. Started with over 35 players. First place took home $600 and Best non professional Ping Pong player in the area.
