Mother Nature hit the whiteboard and programmed:
“1000 meter shovel buy-in, then max effort snow angels.”
So… Complete Fitness is CLOSED tomorrow due to the snowstorm.
Before you panic, no, you’re not going to lose your gains in 24 hours.
Yes, your dumbbells will miss you.
And no, we are not hosting a 5am “Blizzard Burpees” class. (You’re welcome.)
At-Home WOD Option:
• 10 shovel scoops
• 20 snowball slams
• 30-second plank while questioning your life choices
Repeat until driveway is clear.
Stay safe. Stay warm. Hydrate (water… not just hot chocolate).
