Last night was another reminder that no matter what season we’re in, every season has a purpose. 🌱✨

At the beginning of class, we each shared what ERA we’re in… 👀✨

Our “I’m in my ______ ERA!” moment. 😂💃🏽

And I LOVE that we weren’t all in the same era! 🥹❤️

A lot of us said we’re in our FITNESS ERA 💪🏽🔥
Someone said GETTING AFTER IT ERA 🔥🙌🏽
Someone else said ARTISTIC ERA 🎨✨

And there were so many other beautiful eras represented too… healing, growth, confidence, new beginnings, protecting our peace, getting our lives together, and simply having FUN! 💃🏽😂🎉

And I just want to remind every single one of you:

DON’T JUST SAY IT. STEP INTO IT. 👑🔥

If you said FITNESS ERA… step into it! 💪🏽
GETTING AFTER IT ERA… step into it! 🔥
ARTISTIC ERA… CREATE! 🎨✨
HEALING ERA… give yourself permission to heal. 🤍

Last night wasn’t just about dancing… it was about MOVEMENT. 💃🏽🔥

We talked about how sometimes life can have you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or just completely in a funk. And while we can’t always control what’s happening around us, we can choose to move. 🙌🏽

Because sometimes you don’t need to have everything figured out…
You just need to GET UP. MOVE YOUR BODY. CHANGE YOUR ENERGY. 🗣️🔥

Movement can shift your mood.
Movement can clear your mind.
Movement can release what you’ve been carrying.
Movement can remind you that YOU are still here, still capable, and still becoming. ❤️‍🔥

And last night, we MOVED. We laughed. We sweated. We let some things go. We showed up exactly as we were—and left a little lighter. ✨

That’s what Turn Up Glow Fitness is about. It’s more than fitness. It’s community. It’s accountability. It’s mental release. It’s choosing yourself even when life feels like A LOT.

Honestly, I walked into that room with A LOT on my mind lately. Life has been changing, emotions have been all over the place, and I’m figuring out what this next chapter is supposed to look like.

But then I walked into TURN UP… and everything just felt a little lighter. ❤️

The music hit. 🎶
The sweat started. 💦
The laughs started coming. 😂
The energy got HIGH. 🔥
And for that one hour… we LET IT GO. 💃🏽

And that’s exactly why I need this in my life right now.

Sometimes you don’t need all the answers.

Sometimes you just need to SHOW UP.
Put your shoes on. 👟
Turn the music up. 🔊
Move your body.
Laugh a little.

And I need to say that before anything else.

My life has gone through SO much change in the last week, and if I’m being completely honest, I need my people right now.

I need the music. 🎶
I need the movement. 💃🏽
I need the sweat. 🔥
I need the laughter. 😂
I need the energy. ✨
And most of all…

I NEED TO SQUEEZE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU. 🫂❤️

I cannot WAIT to see you tonight.

And honestly, this is exactly why I believe fitness is so much more than fitness.

Fitness is MENTAL HEALTH. 🧠❤️

It’s an outlet. It’s a release. It’s a way to move through the things you don’t always have words for.

Sometimes you walk into a workout carrying the weight of the world and walk out feeling just a little bit lighter.

Not because your problems disappeared…

But because you gave yourself an hour to BREATHE. MOVE. SWEAT. AND LET IT GO.

Fitness is THERAPY. ❤️‍🔥

It’s that moment when the music gets loud, your body gets moving, and everything else fades into the background.

Fitness is PEACE. 🕊️

Last night’s Turn Up was 🔥🔥🔥 and BABY… THE SWEAT WAS SO REAL!!! 😅💦

I am SO proud of every single person who showed up and put in the WORK! You pushed, you danced, you laughed, you sweated, and you gave it everything you had! THAT is what Turn Up is all about! 💪🏽✨

And can we give a HUGE Turn Up welcome to our NEW FACES?! 🥳🔥 There’s something to be said about walking into something you’ve NEVER done before, learning new choreography, trying to catch the moves, figuring out how everything works, and just putting yourself out there. That takes a whole different level of mental fitness. 🧠🔥

So shoutout to every open-minded person who is willing to try something new, be a little uncomfortable, laugh at themselves, keep moving, and just HAVE FUN with it! You don’t have to get every move right—you just have to be willing to TRY. ❤️

And to my OG Turn Up peeps… I see you too. 👏🏽 The ones who keep showing up, keep challenging yourselves, keep learning, keep growing, and continue evolving into better versions of yourselves. THAT is something to be proud of! 🥹💪🏽✨

And little man deserves his own BIG shoutout because he stayed right there with us and GOT. AFTER. IT. the whole time! 👏🏽🔥 Watching our kids see us move our bodies, take care of ourselves, and have fun doing it is EVERYTHING. ❤️

We are officially moving our Wednesday Turn Up time from 6:30 PM to 6:00 PM! 🙌🏽 It just seems to work SO much better with everyone’s schedules, so from here on out, EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 6:00 PM! 🕕🔥

And of course, THANK YOU to everyone who came out afterward to celebrate our girl Destiny Brunson at dinner! 🎂🎉💕 It meant so much to keep the celebration going and spend some extra time together outside of the dance floor!
