Please help me welcome Vanesque Lajoie as the new Noble Middle School 8th grade softball coach!
I’m excited to be joining the Noble Athletics family as the 8th‑grade softball coach this spring! Softball and baseball were a huge part of my childhood, and I continued playing through high school before moving into coaching. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching my own children in Noble Youth Softball/Baseball. Many of you may also know that my husband and I helped launch Noble Youth Softball/Baseball’s first official softball season last year. It was a great success, and we’re even more optimistic about the season ahead.
I’m thrilled to see these programs growing—from the youth level, through middle school, and into high school—and I’m committed to helping build a strong, connected softball community across all ages.
As a coach, I bring a team‑first approach grounded in accountability, communication, and player development. I focus on creating organized, supportive environments where athletes can grow, build confidence, and strengthen their fundamentals. My coaching style blends structure with encouragement, helping players understand not just what to do, but why it matters. I value effort, respect, and a positive team culture, and I’m dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential—on and off the field.
