If you and your partner are at different fitness levels or are just bored with your same old gym routine, try out this workout 💪

1- PIKE TOE TAP - 10 reps
(each toe tap is 1 rep)

2-LATERAL 3 STEP DRILL - 10 reps
(each 1,2,3 step is 1 rep)

3- STEP IN & OUT PLANK - 10 reps
( in & out is 1 rep)

4- SQUAT TO KNEE CRUNCH OR TOE TAP
10 reps (each crunch is 1 rep)

5- SHOULDER TAP - 10 reps
( each tap is 1 rep)

6- SINGLE LEG RAISE - 10 rep
(each leg raise is 1 rep)

7- REVERSE CRUNCH - 10 reps

8- SIDE PLANK DIP - 10 reps
(each side)

9- OBLIQUE V-UP - 10 reps
