"Which protein powder should I use?"

This is a question I get all the time. Protein is the most essential macronutrient, and many people struggle to hit their daily protein goals. Supplementing with a protein powder is a great way to reach your protein targets.
But buyer beware! Not all protein powders are created equal.
Protein powders can come from several sources, including soy, milk, hemp, peas, and whey (cheese). Most sports nutrition formulas use whey protein. Whey protein formulas are available in different grades where actual protein content can vary from a low of 30% to a high of 80% protein.
Some companies import various forms of protein from Asia and China, and experts argue that quality control issues and time-of-transport can negatively impact the quality of the protein.

I am so proud to be a businesswoman myself! Even since I was young, I was working early doing side jobs for neighbors such as dog walking/sitting, babysitting, reselling bulk candy, and even wrapping Christmas gifts for families. I guess you can say I was an entrepreneur at heart :)
Prior to being in the health & fitness industry (since 2006), I held a lot of jobs looking for what was going to be right for me. I was even in the corporate world for 10 years. So, you can say I have a lot of business experience in many industries such as medical equipment, publishing, research, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, legal documentation services, insurance, auditing & accounting, firefighting, consulting, training, teaching, and more! I’m very proud of experiencing such a wide array of opportunities before finding my dream career as a health & Fitness Strategist :)
I urge every young girl to pursue their dreams and experience multiple industries of interest to really dial-in what is best for them. I have two granddaughters that I hope to provide as much guidance as I can to when they are ready -- We’re creating our future!

🥑Today is National Guacamole Day -- We love avocados and guacamole!! 😋 It’s also Mexican Independence Day as well, commemorating the moment in 1810 when Mexico gained its independence from Spain.
Guacamole is made of avocados 🥑 which are known for the health benefits related to their high vitamin content and lots of cholesterol-lowering healthy fats. Originally native to Mexico and Central America, avocados grow on trees. In fact, avocados are technically considered a fruit!
There are many of ways to prepare guacamole. Many spice up their guacamole with onion, garlic, cumin, tomato, cilantro, and salsa. Traditionally, guacamole is served with tortilla chips, but it’s also good with corn chips, carrot sticks, and celery. It’s also delicious on sandwiches, hamburgers, and salads. Some even blend it into smoothies.
