Ohio, get ready to witness the rise of the Mambas! 🐍 I'm thrilled to announce the formation of the Ohio Mambas, a new semi-pro basketball team joining the American Basketball Association (ABA)!
For me, this isn't just about basketball. It's about opening doors. I've seen firsthand the incredible talent here in Ohio, young men with the drive to play at a higher level, but without the resources to access the big AAU camps where college scouts flock. I want to change that. I want to give them a platform, a chance to chase their dreams right here at home.
Born in New Jersey, but raised in Ohio since I was a baby, this state is my home. I've lived and breathed basketball here, from my middle school days to playing in tournaments, coaching young kids, and even a brief stint in college. I've always had a deep love for the game, and now, I want to share that passion with our community.
My vision for the Ohio Mambas goes beyond wins and losses. I want this team to be a beacon of hope, especially for young men who might feel their dreams are out of reach. I want to show them that there's always another way, another path to success. We'll be a team that embodies hard work, community, development, patience, goodwill, and unwavering determination. And of course, the Mamba Mentality—rest in peace, Kobe Bryant—that relentless pursuit of excellence.
In high school, I was voted 'Most Likely to Succeed,' and I intend to live up to that. The Ohio Mambas will be a testament to that belief. We'll create jobs, drive economic opportunity, and bring exciting entertainment to our community.
Currently, we're seeking dedicated and talented individuals to fill key administrative roles. If you have a knack for:

* Community Outreach & Partnerships: Connecting with our fans and local businesses.
* Finance & Administration: Managing the business side of the game...we want to hear from you!
We're also on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Head Coach! Someone who can inspire, develop talent, and lead the Mambas to victory. If you have the vision and the passion, let's connect.
