Come Flow with me-Andrea

I celebrated our 25th wedding Anniversary last year. We became “empty nesters” in early 2020 and, in the process of filling that void, I found yoga. I joined several yoga studios to surround myself with a yoga community, and it was one of the best decisions I have
ever made. The yoga studios are beyond amazing, but the yoga community is pure bliss. My journey continued, and I decided to challenge myself and sign up for Yoga RYT 200 teacher training and certification. As it turns out, Yoga teacher training took me to another level, trained me to trust in the process, and most importantly, taught me about myself. It was incredibly rewarding and, now, I hope to give back to the Yoga community. With gratitude and the love and support from my friends and family, I plan to follow my heart and share my passion for yoga with you. Come Flow with me~ Andrea
