I feel like I blinked and it jumped from Thursday to Monday🥺
Started out the journey with a blown out tire, ended it by beating getting stuck in a tornado, but met some incredible people and made some great memories in between❤️
I left St. Louis with a full heart and a mind full of ideas and action plans.
I came home with a mind full of goals ready to be conquered.
As usual, thank you 1st Phorm for bringing these people into my life. I have never been around so many like minded people that make my life better like these people.
(Not even sorry that I still have more posts to share with you from this weekend😂)
Also, I feel Una Vida courses through our groups veins after this weekend😂

1st Weigh in Wednesday Of the challenge ✅
Wake up everyday with determination to be better.
Everyday I do these tasks without compromise:
• drink a gallon of water
• hit that magical protein number
• fuel my body with nutritious foods
• take my daily micros, reds, and greens
• devote time to read ATLEAST 10 pages of a self development book
• tell myself I’m doing GREAT

Today I did a thing and jumped out of a plane 13,500 feet (2.5 miles) above the ground. I can’t even begin to put into words lol hat this was like. If you’re thinking about doing it, DO IT. Link to my full jump video in my story 😂

It’s been a minute..so here’s a lil life update!!
I’m still out here working hard on my daily and weekly goals in and out of the gym but life has been constantly changing for me lately, so I’ve been pretty busy 😅
Last week I discovered a little nodule on my abdomen that was not there the previous day..so I went and got some tests done to find out it’s a small nodule sitting right in a sensitive spot by some organs, non threatening, but she still got to go soon😂 I took light on lifting before getting my results back, but we back at it😈😅
Also…on Thursday little Leia and I pack up and move one last time to our very own little home in North Royalton🥰 I’m excited to build my own routine and grow in my life.
Life is constantly full of ups and downs, but I’m learning to love the process ❤️
It’s also week 3 of the and I’m working hard💪🏼

Did you take your vitamins today??🤔
I take my daily Micro Factor pack to fill in the gaps I’m missing in my daily diet. Hitting your macros is definitely amazing, but don’t slack on those micros!!

You can STILL eat the foods you want and make progress, you just have to be mindful.🤗
Today I had the whole day off, so I slept in before a heavy leg day and I am one who does not like training on a full stomach 🤢
I had quick carb source before the gym and hit it. After, it was lunchtime and I was STARVING. All I wanted was tasty, quick food and Chipotle sounded delicious. We ordered online for pickup (where you can customize more) and ordered barbacoa, rice, fajita veggies, lettuce, and then sour cream and guacamole on the side so I could measure out what I could have. I took my GDA, ate the whole dang thing and felt satisfied mentally and physically. Swipe to see the breakdown of my order.
