Northborough and Southborough youth baseball, softball programs announce merger Youth baseball programs in Northborough and Southborough will now compete together as a unified association.

Don’t forget to register for Spring softball. Our program teaches girls how to play the game but we also promote FUN. We emphasize the importance of being part of a team and making new friendships. One favorite event is when we go to Algonquin to watch a softball game and meet the players and coaches. Your player will be at the high school before you know it. We also participate in opening day with baseball and have our own end of season party.

When possible we have Northboro teams and Southboro teams. The younger ages have a practice during the week and a game on the weekend. 10u and up typically have a weekend game and sometimes a weekday game and practice. We understand girls participate in multiple activities and conflicts may arise. That’s ok!

Northboro-Southboro Girls Softball is excited to announced to opening of registration for our Spring season. Our spring season is for girls grades K-8. The season will begin at the end of March/beginning of April, depending on the field status, and will run through the middle of June. There will be one practice a week, determined by the coach, and one game during the week and one during the weekend. K&1st graders will have one game on the weekend only.

The Northboro-Southboro Girls Softball Program is dedicated to creating a positive sporting and social environment where the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty and fair play are core, with secondary importance placed on winning. Our goal is for each player to have fun while gaining a rewarding softball experience and developing skills in fast-pitch softball.

Please register by November 30th as we will be forming teams and preparing for the season based on our registration numbers.
