As JoRide keeps progressing, I am often reminded how JoRide has made a positive change to so many children's lives.
This is what creating JoRide was all about.
This evening I was pleasantly reminded when Ms. Sadie Weinhaus let me know about a school report she wrote regarding how children with disabilities should be treated the same way as everyone else, our theme since JoRide was created in 2011.
Sadie is my daughter by marriage to my wife Natalie. Between us we have 10 children, (8 boys and 2 girls).
Sadie, what you wrote was right on the mark and look forward to many more compassionate and motivational reports. I am sure that your brothers and sister are as proud of you as we are.
We love you very much,
Mom and Dad

Just leaving WGN Radio...
We are becoming a "regular" guest with Patti Vasquez. Great show!!! We discussed JoRide Bicycles, its use in schools as an assisted technology. We also spent time diacussing special needs special times. This is a column that I have written over the years that talks about place to go and things to do for children and adults with special needs. It will soon be available More often by radio & television.
Finally we discussed. The Family Autism Center in Winnetka where my daughter Sydney works. Very proud of her and her success - very proud of all of my kids.
Great night.
If you didn't catch the show this evening, it will be posted tomorrow morning on our website, Facebook and on Patti Vasquez WGN Radio 720AM website.

Joride and Cycletote connect...
JoRide known for Pedal-less Bicycles for special needs children and adults offers Cycletote bike trailers. Where other *balance bikes" left off we took JoRide to another level, considered an assisted technology at schools for PT, OT, and asked for by name to be used within IEP's at all school levels. Cycletote (where many manufactures only offer smaller sizes) is the improved version for all ages, offering another opprotunity to get out with the family.
These trailers are designed for short trips around the neighborhoods or that long haul.
Joey, now 17 years old is 5''7" 120 lbs and fits comfortably with plenty of leg room to spare.
There is rear storage space, quick disconnect wheels and a universal joint heavily built to make handling simple and pulling even easier. It includes a removable top, sides (all velcro, no snaps or zippers) and adjustable seating positions. It's ability to handle weight yet so easy to pull is due to its tubular all aluminum construction and 2 different optional wheel sizes. He loves it...
Any questions let us know.
