Gentle Yoga & meditation with Worth 7pm-8pm Wind down from your week with this healing flow. (Donation based)

Saturday am we are starting a donation based series! Paul Biermann will host the first one at 9am this week! Please come and donate what you can $5-$25 is encouraged to support the teacher and the space 🌸

Sunday Shala yoga with Krista Cary at 9:30am 🧘‍♀️ Blend an empowering vinyasa with meditation and mudra practice. She had a full house this Sunday and all ages and abilities really loved it!! 🥰 $15 drop in!
