Reconnect & Release

Does anyone else feel like TV & music have become harder for them to watch & listen to in the past 5 years? Everything new sounds the same because they want to sell to the bigger audiences, blending genres.
Bad acting, writing, directing are blatantly inauthentic & it makes it almost impossible to sit through.
The age of Aquarius is supposed to bring us more originality & authenticity & I can't wait!

Aches & pains might need a little extra care. Reiki might help release old trauma.

Partial lunar eclipse tonight, with a solar eclipse in our past. Time to think about what wants to change & why. No more stagnation; something is changing, ultimately for your greater good!

The moon is getting fuller, not the sun 🤦‍♀️. Timeline jump & new moon = double renew time. Fresh start time!! Come at things differently & more positively. Sometimes all we need is a new attitude.

Even though you're mind is telling you it is, not everything is about you. Worthiness issues can make them go.

Are there things you carry that you'd never admit to another person?

Be honest with yourself, if you were given the perfect space & permission, would you be comfortable truly feeling your sadness & anger? Lots of us would actually need practice to build up to it. When you were never allowed to feel, you don't exactly know how.
