"For unto us, a child was given." Winter Solstice is my favorite time to commemorate and honor the birth of Christ, the Messiah. Although He was not born during winter, but rather in late autumn, I choose to celebrate during this season to remind myself of what truly matters. As scripture says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son." This is the true meaning of Christmas. God is so good, all the time!
As I reflect on 2024, it has been an amazing year, and I look forward to seeing what God has in store for 2025. As of today, I will take a Winter Hiatus and return on January 7, 2025.
As we cozy up and settle into the winter cold, I encourage you to take time to relax, sleep, dream, and imagine all that is possible. Winter invites us to move slowly and dream vividly. May this winter season bring that joy to you and your loved ones. Wishing you a happy celebration of Christ and a wonderful New Year. See you soon!

This is a great article. I am happy that the presence of Black (i.e.) African descendants is being acknowledged and appreciated. Our presence in Hawaiian is very much part of Hawaiian history and culture. Please enjoy!
