(In my opinion) I have looked better relative to definition, I feel about the same - great, but I performed better this year.
Results:
Cholesterol: 145
VO2 Max: 59
Anaerobic Threshold: 91% or 180 hr
Increase in Lean Body Weight: 7 lbs
Body Fat %: 14%

All my clients are AWESOME! After I explained one of our workouts the other week, Maggie immediately ran back into her house and ripped this out of one of her magazine... I am not exactly sure what she was trying to tell me. "Better living through strength and conditioning."
