I can't recommend Innersport highly enough! Dr. Jess is exceptionally knowledgeable and gave me a wide array of very effective exercises to address ongoing hamstring and peroneal tendon pain, focusing not just on relieving symptoms but on combating the underlying imbalances that lead to injury. As a serious runner chasing the olympic marathon trial standard, I appreciated her experience working with endurance athletes competing at the highest levels, and her commitment to getting me back to full volume training. She followed up by email between sessions with suggestions, streamlined the booking process to make it easy to get an appointment, and was always timely and personable. The gold standard for physical therapy.

3 Month Strength Class for Runners! (Currently Virtual) 12/15/2020

NEW... Virtual run strength and mobility class! 🏋️‍♀️

The Oakland Run Lab is going to start 2021 with a 💥.

We've developed a 3 month series of bimonthly sessions for runners to assess and address every running part of their bodies to function optimally.

We will review self-tests and assessments, mobility and strengthening starting at the feet on Jan. 18th.

The 3 month package is $119 for 6 sessions plus a bonus drills class. Otherwise each class is $25.

Classes will be recorded and sent to paid participants.
