Long time no trainer! Hello hello everyone! I missed you!!
Im starting to get back into the idea of personal training... But not traditional workouts, rather, teaching people the basics of skateboarding!
Anyone, even you, can skateboard.
Here is the first session with my friend Kimber! They did ammaaazzinnggg and so can you!

hi friends! it’s been awhile!
i’m about to embark on a personal fitness journey for a year. i’m starting monday. personally, i have a hard time remembering what body part to focus on next, so i made it super simple! plus i drew it out, so it’s even extra more clear!
