for the dj and producer honeybear from oakland, ca i freaking love yoga is a weekly all-inclusive qtpoc yoga gathering.
we meet every tuesday evening around 7:00p in west oakland's lower bottoms district near the west oakland bart station. we hang out for a bit, relax, and unwind as the space is being prepared for yoga. around 7:30p we launch into a 65-min, sweaty, all-levels vinyasa practice that is based on the rocket, a sequence created by Larry Shultz of It's Yoga. the soundtrack for the evening sets the mood:
