Overtime Sports Academy is blending athletic and social skill development to create the complete student - athlete. Our goal is to develop the complete athlete through fundamental skills development, athletic performance training, nutrition education, social development, and academic support.

The grind starts early for the best. Our elites wake up every Saturday and Sunday at 530am. They may start slow but the finish at the top.

Teach them when they are young. Coach Aja teaching the elementary level to keep their heads up and to stay low. Bending over at the waist is not staying low! Drop your butt and keep your chest high.

Train the mind as well as the body...if you can't think when you are tired, you may find yourself sitting out... An easy agility, reaction and comprehension drill. Try it out and make you athletes think quick.

You'll never be able to stay low, let alone get low unless you train your body to love being low. You have to try our OT Crab Walks in your training regimen, see how far you can go...they usually aren't smiling 🤔
