My zoom yoga class is back starting this week😊 Join me on Wednesdays from 7-8:15pm PT. We will focus on spinal mobility, joint stabilization, proprioception, and/or various somatic stretches in order to address chronic pain, prevent injuries and calm our central nervous system. My intention is to facilitate a practice that offers tools for you to inhabit your body, breath and mind with more balance and ease. Many of us are finding ourselves holding tension and experiencing pain/discomfort in new/surprising areas of our bodies due to the adjustments we've made in response to this pandemic. Each week we'll explore a combination of Daoist Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha yoga and various postures / movements that promote stability and strength in our connective tissues.
