🔥 High-Protein Breakfast Ideas (10 Minutes or Less!) 🔥

One thing I see all the time—people want to eat better, get stronger, and have more energy…
but their mornings are BUSY. Kids, work, school, life. I get it.

So here are a few fast, high-protein breakfasts I give my clients to help them stay full, burn fat, and build lean muscle—without slowing down their morning:

🥤 30-Second Protein Smoothie
🍓 Greek Yogurt Power Bowl
🌯 Egg & Avocado Wrap
🥚 Turkey & Egg Roll-Ups
🍞 PB Toast + Protein Shake
🥣 Overnight Protein Oats

All of them take 10 minutes or less, and all of them hit that 25–40g protein sweet spot that keeps your energy steady and cravings low.
